I am available for private consultations via phone or email (click here for contact info). My current rate is $65 per session by phone, and $35 per email correspondence.
Seminars/Workshops:
I can provide corporate and organization talks on a variety of topics. Some examples of seminars I have given include: “Corporate Wellness”, “Weight Loss and Management”, “Natural Approaches to Staying Healthy”, “Healthy Nutrition for Children”, “Natural Treatments for Fibromyalgia”, “Balance Your Hormones, Balance Your Life”. The fee for this service depends on the length of time and how many people are attending. Please email me with your specific request and I can provide the cost.
Corporate Wellness Programs:
This service can be customized to your company’s needs. If you are looking for a one-time “lunch and learn”, or want to implement an on-going program, I can help you develop a plan to suit your needs and budget. Some examples of corporate wellness topics are: “Weight Loss and Management”, “Staying Healthy at the Workplace”, “Lifestyle Changes that Impact Your Job” and “Using Your Health Benefits Wisely”.
